Actor Celina Jaitly has expressed deep gratitude after the Delhi High Court issued a notice to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in connection with her brother, Major (Retd.) Vikrant Kumar Jaitly, who has been detained in the UAE since 2024. Celina has now made an emotional appeal to the Government of India to help bring her brother back home.
