In a landmark ruling, the Delhi High Court has held that female teachers working in private schools are entitled to Child Care Leave (CCL), bringing them on par with government school teachers. The court ruled that such leave is linked to a woman's fundamental right to equality and cannot be denied by recognised private institutions.
