Dr Sanjeev Kumar, a gynecologist, was handed a two-decade prison sentence after he was found guilty of tampering with medical devices and perpetrating health fraud. Dr Kumar reused single-use hysteroscopes on multiple female patients, generating fraudulent charges exceeding forty-one million dollars.
