‘Be ready for exemplary costs’: SC raps Congress MP Jairam Ramesh for challenging Centre's office memorandum

We know the design behind this,” a bench led by CJI Surya Kant said. Justices warned of hefty costs, viewing the challenge as an indirect attack on the apex court's judgment itself. Ramesh subsequently withdrew his plea.
